At California Chicken Cafe we offer a wide variety of catering options.
All items are sold A La Carte so there is great flexibility when ordering.
A 5% allowance discount will be given on catering orders over $100.00 or more (before the discount), to be used for salsa, pita, utensils, etc. If these items are not needed, the discount is still given.
Salads are an excellent choice for catering events. A jumbo salad serves about 20 people as a meal and about 40 people as a side order. We have hot and cold side orders that are a great value; the regular size serves about 20 people and the jumbo serves about 60 people. Combinations of chicken and wraps offer a variety and are sure to please everyone; one whole chicken serves between 2-4 people.

10 chickens, 1 jumbo salad, 1 quart dressing, 1 regular side order, 2 pints of salsa,
1 pint of BBQ sauce, 25 packages of pita
Combination Package for 20-30 (Estimated Cost: $170-$220)
5 chickens, 10 Wraps, 1 jumbo salad, 1 quart dressing, 1 regular side order, 1 pint of salsa,
15 packages of pita
Wrap Package for 40-50 people (Estimated Cost: $250-$345)
30 wraps, 1 jumbo salad, 1 quart dressing, 2 regular side orders
Delivery is available and usually done by an outside company.
The charge is normally 7% of the total bill (gratuity included), with a minimum $35 charge.
Food Servers are available, from $60 each, to deliver and assist
at
your
party
for 75 minutes.
