Salads are an excellent choice for catering events. For example, a Chinese Chicken Salad, weighs around 12 pounds, (a great deal at about $4 per pound) serves around 16 people as a meal, (about $3 per person) or around 40 people as a side order, (about $1.25 per person). Salads are served in jumbo size pans with 1 quart of dressing on the side and all crunchy items are served on the side. We recommend the entire quart of dressing be mixed in with the jumbo salads just prior to the serving of your guests, if the entire salad is to be consumed at that time.

Side Orders serve around 20 people for the small size and around 65 people for the jumbo size.

5 chickens, 10 Wraps, 1 jumbo salad, 1 quart dressing, 1 regular side order, 1 pint of salsa, 15 packages of pita

Wrap Package for 40-50 people $230 and up
30 wraps, 1 jumbo salad, 1 quart dressing, 2 regular side orders

Delivery is available and usually done by an outside company. The charge is normally 15% of the total bill (gratuity included), with a minimum $35 charge.

Food Servers are available, from $60 each, to deliver and assist at your party for 75 minutes.
