We have simplified the ordering process!
All you need to do is enter the quantities of the items you would like to order and the form automatically calculates the total.
STEPS:
1. Simply open up our Catering Order Form (PDF)
2. Enter in the quantities
3. Fill in the "Pick Up/Delivery & Guest Information"
4. Print and fax to the California Chicken Cafe nearest you.
5. Call the store to confirm they received the order and if paying by credit cards,
a supervisor will take your credit card information over the phone.
Note:
We are prohibited by law to write down your credit card information or to keep it on file. For your protection, please do not write down your credit card number and send it to us. All credit card numbers are manually entered directly into our credit card terminal to protect our guests.
